Yard Assistance Update!

In our Spring Newsletter, the Town of Hudson asked residents if there was anyone interested in both receiving yard assistance due to physical limitations, as well as if anyone was interested in volunteering to help out. We only received a few residents interested in receiving help, and none to volunteer.

However, we're happy to report that the Town has been in touch with Bright Futures, a scholarship program for young people in Weld County, and have begun collecting names of youth volunteers.

If you or a neighbor needs volunteer help with your yard, please contact Town Manager Assistant Matt Hirschinger at mhirschinger@hudsoncolorado.org, 303-536-9311, or at Town Hall during the week. He will need your name, address, contact info, and a brief explanation to the need for assistance. He will then provide your contact to a Bright Futures volunteer to follow up with you.
