Message from the Chief of Police

On August 8, 2020 at approximately 1805 hours, Officers of the Hudson Police Department engaged in a vehicle pursuit with known felons. An Officer was injured after the suspects rammed the patrol cruiser. It is believed that the suspects may have been armed and discarded the firearm or other stolen items and drugs from the vehicle during the pursuit. If anyone locates a weapon or suspicious items please notify dispatch (970-350-9600, ext. 4, then 3) and do not handle it so we may process it for forensic evidence. We are also asking for any video or witnesses to contact us if you saw or have video of anything.

Town Council Petition Packets

Another reminder to anyone interested in running for Town Council to pick up a Town Council Petition Packet as soon as you can at Town Hall, between 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Petition Packets will be accepted until August 24th, 5pm.

School Starting Next Week

The new school year is starting next week. Please have an eye out for pedestrians, especially our students, when driving around the community.
