- Annual CPI is based on changes to the cost of doing business, as measured by fluctuations in the Consumer Price Index- Water, Sewer, Trash published by the U.S. Dept. of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics using the preceding 12 months of data. See Attached CPI info. Effective March 1, 2019 of 3.4%.
- Recycle Extraordinary $0.75 (this is a result of increased operating cost resulting from regulatory actions impacting the recycle industry)
