Land use and development projects go through various regulatory processes before building and construction permits can be obtained and work can begin. Subdivisions and site plans are typical required applications that precede construction permits. Others include Use by Special Review, Rezonings and Variances.
Projects are listed below as 'Under Review' if they are not approved and are being reviewed against codes and standards by technical staff. Projects listed as 'Public Hearing' are being prepared for consideration and decision by the Planning Commission and/or Town Council.
Properties that are for sale for which the Town also receives multiple requests for information may have a report available that describes the current zoning, future land uses as well as provides information on utility tap fees, building permits, and more.
