WELD COUNTY RE-3J SCHOOL DISTRICT
Weld County School District Re-3J encompasses roughly 480 square miles in south east Weld County. Keenesburg, where the Administration Office is located, is 39 miles north east of Denver on I-76. The district is predominately rural and includes the towns of Lochbuie, Hudson, Keenesburg, and Roggen, all of which are on I-76 and Prospect Valley which is on Hwy 52 east of Hudson. Land usage is primarily agricultural, with local businesses and some industry in the area. Many people commute to Greeley, Denver and other front range areas for employment.
Mission: In order to lead rewarding lives and be contributing citizens, all students will complete an appropriate education program in a safe and orderly environment and be prepared to compete for employment and/or continue their education.

CARDINAL COMMUNITY ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL
Cardinal Community Academy Charter School is a public charter school serving students in grades kindergarten through eighth grade. CCA is open to all interested students, regardless of where they reside. Since we are a public school, there are no fees to attend CCA. The school opened in 2000 with seventy-five students and has grown in student numbers every year.
Mission: Our mission is to serve student needs and achieve educational excellence. Students will have a positive learning environment that will give them the ability to become life long learners, while encouraging responsibilility, citizenship, honesty, integrity and respect between students and staff. Every student will have the opportunity to reach high academic goals within a broad, well-rounded curriculum. Community participation will aid in guiding students to reach their highest academic potential.
