To the Citizens of Hudson and the Board of Trustees:

 

I am pleased to present to the Board and to the Hudson community a proposed budget for the Town of Hudson for fiscal year 2010. The budget is both a financial plan for the coming year and an appropriation, i.e., authorization to spend money raised from taxes, fees, grants and other sources for services, projects and programs that benefit the community. The Town continues to be in sound financial condition while many of the capital projects are either nearing completion or proposed to be completed in 2010.
