SCORE, Counselors To America’s Small Business

The SCORE Association has 370 chapters, with 800 branches to serve all of the United States.  Nationally, SCORE has served over 7 Million clients since 1964.  Currently some 10,500 small business experts counsel for SCORE.

The Denver Chapter has 78 Volunteers that have served the Denver area and over a 100,000 clients since 1964.  All the expert counselors contribute their time and expertise on an unpaid volunteer basis.  The Denver Chapter provides free small business counseling and low cost training and education for those just thinking about business, those just starting or new to their business, and those already in business.  Workshops are offered in the classroom at our Downtown and Greenwood Village locations.

Our counseling services are available free of charge and continue for as long as you benefit from the support of your counselor. We strive to match the clients needs with the counselor's experience. It is not uncommon for you to work with more than one counselor. The counselors have diverse expertise in all aspects of business to help you:

·                     Crystallize your ideas

·                     Sharpen your focus

·                     Develop your entrepreneurial spirit

·                     Answer difficult questions

SCORE Chapter 62 has more than 70 men and women counselors to assist you who have either retired from active careers or are still managing their own businesses.

The Chapter has the main office in Downtown Denver and two branch offices, one in Steamboat Springs and the other in Longmont.  The Chapter can reach the more remote areas in Northern and Eastern Colorado with email or phone counseling.
